When we are applying the insurance services, especially the health insurance service, the insurance company would ask some data to be attached. The most important data is the health information. For the insurance company this is important to determine about the health insurance application. They need to know about the level of the applicant’s health.

For the insurance company, the health information is needed because the need to know about the application health status and what kind of diseases that the applicants currently have.  They insurance company needs to know about the risks of the applicants (related to the disease) so they may determined what kind of insurance services that they may approved to the insurance applicants. Definitely, the information of the client’s health is the most important factor that they must have to examine the applicant’s condition.

Usually, the insurance company couldn’t approve the kinds of health insurance for some people that already have some heavy diseases. Based on the health information, they would determine the clients’ application. If the record said that the applicants are healthy, they would approve the application. If the health record said the other way, they might have to reject or perhaps they might offers some other packages.
